Coming soon! LEAPS+BOUNDS: Forearm Balance, in which we will explore Pincha Mayurasana (aka Forearm Balance)! LEAPS+BOUNDS focuses on working towards one “peak” pose over the course of six weeks. We move through an intelligently sequenced vinyasa-based practice to prepare safely for more demanding postures.
You don't need to already be able to practice Forearm Balance. All levels of enthusiastic practitioners are welcome as long as you’ve been consistently practicing for at least 6 months and have no current injuries.
