In LEAPS+BOUNDS courses, we work towards one peak pose over six weeks. This time our peak pose is the arm balance known as Crow Pose. In each class we will move through an intelligently sequenced vinyasa-based practice to build the strength and stability to move safely into Crow Pose.
All levels of enthusiastic practitioners are welcome as long as you’ve been consistently practicing for at least 6 months and have no current injuries.THE FINE PRINT: Sliding scale $60-90 for 6 weeks.
