I’m delighted to announce that registration is now open for LEAPS+BOUNDS: Side Plank, in which we will explore full Vasisthasana (aka Side Plank Pose with the top leg extended)! LEAPS+BOUNDS focuses on working towards one “peak” pose over the course of six weeks. We move through an intelligently sequenced vinyasa-based practice to prepare safely for more demanding postures.

You don't  need to already be able to practice Side Plank. All levels of enthusiastic practitioners are welcome as long as you’ve been consistently practicing for at least 6 months and have no current injuries.
