WHAT IS LEAPS+BOUNDS?
This multi-week course is designed to take you safely into more challenging postures such as inversions and arm balances. In this series, we'll work on building the strength and stability to move into a variety of inversions. In each five week session, you’ll work towards one particular inversion in a step-by-step way, with the instruction of a skilled teacher (that’s me!) and surrounded by supportive peers (that’s y’all!).
In addition, you'll get a written sequence each week for you to practice with at home. Practicing outside of class is crucial for advancing your practice, but it can be intimidating to figure out what to practice. These customized sequences will help you to practice solo with confidence!
There are four five-week sessions. Sign up for one five-week session or do all four!
WHO IS LEAPS+BOUNDS FOR?
LEAPS+BOUNDS is geared for people with some prior yoga experience and is not well suited for very beginners or those with current injuries. But you don’t need to be able to actually do these poses to sign up for the course. If you can practice Chaturanga, you’re ready for LEAPS+BOUNDS! Please contact me with any questions.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
All four sessions for $250.
Three for $200. Two sessions for $150. One session for $85.
