Aligned Vinyasa---All Levels

This class uses a vinyasa framework to explore alignment principles for a healthy, safe, and effective asana (posture) practice. We move in tandem with the breath throughout the class. In addition, guided conversation at the beginning of the class delves into the philosophy of the yoga practice, while self-inquiry and meditation give real-life tools to apply the yoga practice off the mat.


Mondays 

7:30-8:45 pm

LEAPS+BOUNDS

This multi-week course is designed to take you safely into more challenging postures such as inversions and arm balances. Over six weeks, you’ll learn in a step-by-step way, with skillful instruction and supportive peers. Not suitable for beginners or those dealing with injuries. Click here for information about the next course. 6:00-7:15 pm
