In a culture that shames our bodies, I teach compassionate yoga to get us back into the wisdom of our physical form.

In a culture roiling with cynicism, I coach artists and activists to transform our wildest visions into practical reality.

In a culture that hides all our wounds, I write weekly essays to let in the light that heals.

In a culture built on oppression, I believe that these are PRACTICES FOR LIBERATION.

I believe that justice looks like not only dismantling the old system but also constructing the vibrantly new.

And I am trying my damnedest to show up for both every day.

I welcome all shapes and shades in my classes and coaching. I strive to create spaces of belonging for people who fall outside the "skinny bendy white lady" yoga norm, including but not limited to folks in larger bodies, people of color, queer and trans folks, and differently abled people. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Psst...My schedule of public classes is over here.
